South Laurel High School

South Laurel High School was recently recognized by the Southeast/South-Central Educational Cooperative (SESC) for PBIS implementation during the 2023-24 school year. SLHS received the Silver (Tier 2) Level plus PBIS Badges for Implementation and Professional Development. This achievement reflects excellence in implementation and evaluation efforts and unprecedented commitment to the “whole child” in the process of education. The Southeast/South-Central Educational Cooperative is home to 177 schools in 26 districts. This achievement places SLHS in the top 8% of these schools in terms of PBIS implementation measurement and amongst an elite cohort of schools within our region.
