Attention Parents/Guardians:

South Laurel High School is reaching out to gather valuable feedback from parents so we can identify and celebrate our strengths and opportunities for growth. This feedback will be part of the Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence, a nationally recognized award.

A survey with a unique code will be sent home with your child this evening. Please complete it online with your unique code on the paper. If your child returns the survey sheet tomorrow signed by you the parent/guardian saying you took the survey, your child will be entered into a drawing for a pair of air pods.

Your input is crucial in helping us improve and better serve our students. This is a confidential survey.

There are codes assigned to each participant that will not be traced back to the respondent.
