Youth KPN Looking For SLHS Students to Attend

The Regional Prevention Center is looking for students at SLHS to attend the Spring KPN (Kentucky Prevention Network) virtual conference. It will be April 29-30 from 1pm-4pm. Topics will include:

1. Supporting school districts with HB 142

2. Youth Voices: Empowering Safe and Healthy Choices

3. Consequences of co-use of nicotine and cannabis

4. Legislative updates and medical cannabis

Could be a good learning opportunity/volunteer hour experience for SLHS students that are interested. If students have any questions or are interested in registering to attend, please contact the Youth Service Center for more info.
